and Method of Payment
All prices
are in U.S. dollars and apply to online purchases. Phone orders are welcome
and can be placed by calling our Customer Service department at (800)
935-5260. We accept payment through VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
Shipping
and Handling - 
All
Chairs ship within 48 hours of receiving the order. All
shipping and handling in the 48 contiguous states is free.
Depending on the quantity you are ordering, we ship via UPS ground or
common carrier. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the USA,
PCchairs.com has negotiated preferred freight rates that are passed on
to you. These orders will be confirmed with you via e-mail with the total
amount, including your freight charges, before shipping.

we've taken extensive precautions to protect you while shopping with us,
so you never have to worry about credit card safety. Our secure server

use them for a full 45 days without risk. If you are not satisfied you
may return the product for a refund (see return policy).
After 45 days, all products are backed by our 15-year warranty.

Product
Warranty
All PCchairs' products
are carefully manufactured, tested and inspected at the factory. Our office
chairs come with an unconditional warranty against defects in material
or workmanship for a period of 15 years from date of purchase. If any
item proves defective due to faulty material or workmanship, PCchairs
will, at its' option, repair the defective item or furnish a new item
of the same type.
* Any modification,
alteration or non-authorized repair to your PCchair will nullify this
warranty.

Policy

quality and value of everything we offer. That is why we offer a 45-day
money back guarantee. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a purchase,
you may return it for a credit or refund.
If you need to return
an item, please read the following:
- The product must
be returned in resaleable condition with all original literature.
- A Return Merchandise
Authorization number (RMA) is required for all returns. To obtain a
RMA, contact a Customer Service Representative at 800-935-5260 or send
